“Pleasantly surprised! True four star hotel maybe I would say 5. Room had new high end finshes and extremely comfortable bedding. Entire hotel was pretty immaculate and staff were super friendly. Short boat ride to city walk and express passes made our trip to universal so much fun. worth the money and we will be back. stayed at many hotels in the area and this one truly impressed us! Beautiful building and grounds too.”
“Our visit to Hard Rock Hotel was to celebrate my sister's major birthday. The staff throughout our entire stay were helpful and very welcoming! I felt like a valued guest, and they made my sister's birthday even better than expected with a special event pin to wear and complimentary certificate for dessert at The Kitchen. The *best* dinner was had that night too! The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There wasn't heavy perfuming at the entry, which is always a plus.
